Hollow shaft encoders with insulation
The incremental, hollow shaft encoders FGHJ 5 are ideally suitable for use on inverter-controlled drives where shaft currents are a concern. Amongst others, applications are found in mining operations where they can be installed between the motor and fan to save space. The connection technology is accommodated in an external terminal box. The extremely rugged encoders offer a hollow shaft diameter of 40 millimeters and a stable, ribbed aluminium housing.
